Our visits take place on pre-selected Tuesdays and Fridays during the fall and spring semesters between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
We can accommodate up to 92 students on each of our available dates. Our introductory presentation and student panel will take place as a whole group, followed by breaking into smaller groups for the tour and activities.
No problem! We will work with you to schedule your school across multiple dates to accommodate your larger group.
Our campus partner’s availability varies depending on the day of the week and time of year. Schedules will be pre-determined for each of the available dates. If there are any departments who are a priority for your students to engage with, we will work with you to select a date when they are available.
Yes, there is a fee to cover the costs associated with these tours. Our pricing begins at $325, which includes up to 60 students. An additional fee of $5 per student will be applied for groups larger than 60.
Basic tours are hosted by the NIU admissions team and are free of charge. Please reach out to them directly for additional information.
We have two basic options to consider if you will stay on campus during lunch. Your students are able to bring their own lunches, and if you choose this option, we can reserve a space to use for free. We do also have a variety of catering options you can explore for an additional cost.
In order to build your schedule, we will need to know the time you can be on campus. Please contact your bus service to determine what time you can leave school and what time you will need to be back at school. Please also use a map service to determine the travel time from your school to NIU.
